Activities that I love and wanted to try ♡

                                                  LEGO BRICKS 🧱

One random day, my friends and I decided to play with bricks, those tiny, colorful pieces that challenge your patience but reward you with fun. At first, I honestly thought I couldn’t do it. The bricks were so small and difficult to piece together. My first build was Melody, and it wasn’t easy!

But as we played together, something shifted, we found ourselves enjoying it more and more. We got so into it that we ended up buying even more sets. The weather hasn’t been cooperating lately, so our plan to build again is still on hold, patiently waiting at home.

But while indoors, I didn’t stop. I built Small Lady and Hello Kitty all by myself. And you know what? I loved every minute of it, even when I'm by myself. There’s something therapeutic and exciting about building something from scratch, one piece at a time. I even told my friends that if anyone needs help building their bricks, I’d happily do it for them.

Because once you discover something you enjoy, no matter how simple it is, it can turn a dull day into something meaningful.

PUZZLE 🧩

One day, I saw my little sister playing with a small puzzle, just 12 pieces. I tried building it too and ended up enjoying it more than I expected. That moment sparked something in me. I went online and bought my own puzzle called "Fireworks," with 500 pieces.

At first, I wasn’t sure if I could finish it. It looked hard, and I doubted myself. But piece by piece, I kept going… and I completed it! The feeling was amazing.

Puzzles aren't just fun, they train your mind. They make you think, observe, and stay patient. I realized that building puzzles is like solving real-life problems, start small, focus on one part, and trust that it’ll come together in time.

Now, I love doing puzzles, whether I’m with someone or alone. And if anyone ever feels stuck or unsure about starting, I’d say, try it. You might surprise yourself, just like I did.

GEM PAINTING / PAINT BY NUMBERS 🎨

I saw it in some videos online and it looked so beautiful and fun to do. That’s when I got curious, what makes gem painting so enjoyable? It’s a creative hobby where you decorate a printed canvas using tiny, sparkly gems.

Each spot on the canvas has a symbol that matches a specific gem color, and you use a special pen with wax to pick up and place each gem. It’s similar to paint-by-numbers, but instead of paint, you use glittering beads!

While, paint by numbers looked fun and easy to try. It’s a creative activity where you fill in sections of a canvas with specific paint colors that match printed numbers, almost like coloring, but with real paint!

The best part is you don’t need to be an expert artist. You just follow the guide, and slowly the image starts to come to life. It’s relaxing, especially when you're just focused on brushing and watching the colors build up. It also helps improve patience, attention to detail, and brush control.

And when you're done, you get a beautiful painting you can frame or gift, something you made with love and your own hands.

Whether you're looking for a calming weekend hobby or something creative to do, gem painting and paint by numbers is a good activity to do.
